FindEscorts.co.nz is a New Zealand online advertising and directory platform for adults.
The platform provides eligible independent adult advertisers and adult businesses with a place to advertise their services and allows adult users to browse advertisements and contact advertisers directly.
FindEscorts is operated in New Zealand by Northbridge Ventures Limited.
WHAT WE DO
FindEscorts provides digital advertising services, including:
• online advertising listings;
• advertiser profiles;
• directory placement;
• featured and priority advertising;
• promotional upgrades; and
• related digital advertising services.
Revenue received by FindEscorts comes from advertising and promotional services purchased through the platform.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO
FindEscorts is not an escort agency.
We do not:
• employ escorts or adult service providers;
• manage or represent advertisers;
• dispatch service providers;
• arrange appointments or bookings;
• negotiate services or prices;
• participate in arrangements between advertisers and clients;
• receive commissions from services independently supplied by advertisers; or
• process payments between advertisers and people who contact them.
Advertisers operate independently from FindEscorts.
Any communication, meeting, arrangement, service or transaction following contact through an advertisement is independently undertaken between the advertiser and the person contacting them.
IDENTITY AND AGE VERIFICATION
FindEscorts is an adults-only platform.
Individuals advertised as providing adult services must satisfy FindEscorts' applicable identity and age-verification requirements before their advertisement may be published.
FindEscorts currently uses Veriff, an independent identity-verification provider, as part of this process.
Verification may include government-issued identity-document verification, age confirmation, facial comparison, liveness checks and other fraud-prevention or authenticity checks.
Verification of an agency or business account does not replace verification of the individual being advertised.
Payment for advertising does not bypass identity or age-verification requirements.
OUR PLATFORM STANDARDS
FindEscorts maintains platform rules designed to support a safe, lawful and transparent advertising environment.
Our controls include:
• identity and age verification;
• advertising and content standards;
• prohibited-content rules;
• anti-trafficking and anti-exploitation requirements;
• reporting mechanisms;
• fraud and security controls;
• account restriction and removal procedures; and
• manual review where appropriate.
FindEscorts has zero tolerance for human trafficking, coercion, sexual exploitation or advertising involving anyone under 18.
ADVERTISING PAYMENTS
Payments made to FindEscorts are solely for advertising, listings, promotional placement and related digital platform services.
FindEscorts does not collect or process payment for escort services or other adult services independently supplied by advertisers.
NEW ZEALAND PLATFORM
FindEscorts is operated as a New Zealand online advertising business.
Our policies and platform controls are designed to support compliance with applicable New Zealand law and appropriate privacy, verification, content and safety requirements.
Advertisers remain responsible for ensuring their own independent activities comply with applicable law.
