Terms of Service — FindEscorts.co.nz
1. Acceptance of Terms
FindEscorts.co.nz (“FindEscorts”) is a classified-ads platform that allows independent third-party users to post adult-oriented advertisements. By using FindEscorts in any way, you agree to these Terms.
FindEscorts administration does not control or endorse advertiser content. Advertisers are fully responsible for the legality, accuracy, and validity of their own ads.
2. Changes to the Terms
We may change, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. You are responsible for checking the Terms regularly.
3. Content Responsibility
All postings (text, images, video, files, etc.) you submit are your sole responsibility.
FindEscorts does not vet or guarantee the accuracy or legality of user content. You may be exposed to offensive or misleading content via the platform. Use such content at your own risk.
We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or relocate any content that violates these Terms.
4. Third-Party Services & Sites
The platform may link you to external sites or services. Your interactions with any third parties are solely between you and them. FindEscorts is not liable for loss, damage, or disputes arising from those interactions.
5. Copyright & Infringement Claims
If you believe your copyright or intellectual property rights are violated by content on FindEscorts, notify our agent at support@findescorts.co.nz with:
a) Identification of the allegedly infringing material;
b) Your contact information;
c) A statement of good faith belief;
d) A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate.
6. Privacy & Information Disclosure
By using the platform, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
We may preserve or disclose your data (email, IP, timestamp, posted content) when required by law, to enforce these Terms, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
7. Conduct & Governing Law
FindEscorts is governed by the laws of New Zealand (and any additional jurisdictions as applicable).
You accept full responsibility for all content you post.
We may share your information with law enforcement in cases of legal violations.
You must not post content that is:

Unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or harmful to minors

In violation of New Zealand’s laws (e.g. Prostitution Reform Act)

Deceptive, misleading, false

Infringing on others’ intellectual property

Encouraging or facilitating illegal activity

From IP addresses outside New Zealand or via VPNs to mask location

Advertising illegal services

Including personal identifying information of others without consent
8. Paid Postings
Posting a profile or ad may incur a fee. Fees permit you to post content in certain areas.
Payments are non-refundable if the content is removed for violating these Terms.
We use third-party payment processors; we do not see or store your full card data.
Support and refund requests are handled case by case (support@findescorts.co.nz).
9. Service Limitations
We may set limits on usage (number of posts, storage, retention period).
FindEscorts is not liable for any content loss, or for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuation of the service.
10. Access License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the service for personal use.
You may not use bots, scrapers, data mining, or other automated tools (unless expressly permitted).
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or content at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms. You waive any claims against us resulting from such actions.
Surviving provisions after termination include sections on modifications, liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
12. Proprietary Rights
The service is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, derive, or exploit the service or content without written permission.
By posting content, you grant FindEscorts a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, distribute, display, and create derivative works, and to authorize sublicenses.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
You use FindEscorts entirely at your own risk. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind (express or implied).
We do not guarantee timeliness, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose. We disclaim liability for viruses or harmful components.
14. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will FindEscorts be liable for direct, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
15. General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FindEscorts, superseding prior understandings.
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stands. Any claim arising from these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the cause of action.
16. Violations & Remedies
Report violations by flagging ads or contacting support@findescorts.co.nz.
Our non-action for prior violations does not waive our right to act later.
17. Verification: ID, Age, Photo
You must be 18 or older. To ensure integrity and legal compliance, we use the following verification steps:

After payment, verify age, identity, and photos via third-party tools (e.g. RealMe) or manual submission
FindEscorts reserves the right to require further verification at its discretion.
18. Reporting & Complaints
To report a specific profile, use the “Report” button on the Profile page.
For general complaints, email support@findescorts.co.nz - include as much detail as possible about violations.
