1. ABOUT FINDESCORTS
FindEscorts.co.nz (“FindEscorts”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a New Zealand online advertising and directory platform.
FindEscorts provides advertising space that allows eligible adult advertisers and adult businesses to publish profiles and advertisements through the platform.
FindEscorts is not an escort agency and does not employ, represent, manage, dispatch or provide escorts or other adult service providers.
We do not arrange appointments, make bookings, negotiate services or prices, participate in arrangements between advertisers and people who contact them, or process payments for services independently supplied by advertisers.
Our fees relate solely to advertising, listings, promotional placement and related digital platform services.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing FindEscorts, creating an account, purchasing advertising, submitting an advertisement or publishing content, you agree to these Terms of Service and our other applicable policies.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.
FindEscorts may impose additional reasonable requirements relating to verification, advertising standards, safety, payment processing or platform security.
3. ADULTS ONLY — 18+
FindEscorts is an adults-only platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to access age-restricted areas of the website, create an advertiser account, purchase advertising or submit content for publication.
No person under 18 may:
• create an advertiser account;
• purchase or publish advertising;
• appear in advertising content;
• be advertised on FindEscorts; or
• otherwise use services restricted to adults.
Any indication that a person under 18 may be involved may result in immediate restriction or removal of the relevant advertisement or account while the matter is investigated.
Where appropriate or required by law, relevant information may be preserved and referred to the appropriate authorities.
4. ADVERTISER IDENTITY AND AGE VERIFICATION
FindEscorts requires individuals advertised as providing adult services to satisfy our applicable identity and age-verification requirements before their advertisement may be published.
FindEscorts currently uses Veriff, an independent third-party identity-verification provider, as part of this process.
Verification may include:
• government-issued identity-document verification;
• confirmation of date of birth and age;
• facial or selfie comparison;
• liveness or similar anti-fraud checks; and
• other identity or security checks supported by the verification provider.
Where automated verification cannot be satisfactorily completed or raises a concern, FindEscorts may require additional information or conduct or facilitate a manual review.
Payment for advertising does not override verification requirements. An advertisement will not be approved for publication solely because payment has been made.
Successful verification means only that the applicable FindEscorts verification requirements have been satisfied. It does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee or certification of the advertiser or any independently supplied services.
5. AGENCIES, BUSINESSES AND ADVERTISING OTHER PERSONS
Agencies and other adult businesses may advertise on FindEscorts subject to our applicable requirements.
Verification of a business owner, agency representative or account holder does not replace verification of the individual being advertised.
Every individual advertised as providing adult services must satisfy FindEscorts' applicable identity and age-verification requirements before advertising relating to that individual may be published.
A person uploading photographs, identity information or other content relating to another person must have lawful authority and the necessary consent to do so.
FindEscorts may request evidence of authority or consent and may restrict or remove content where this cannot be satisfactorily established.
6. ADVERTISING PLATFORM ONLY
FindEscorts provides advertising and directory services only.
Advertisers operate independently from FindEscorts.
FindEscorts does not:
• employ advertisers or adult service providers;
• provide escort or sexual services;
• determine or negotiate an advertiser's services or pricing;
• make, arrange or manage bookings;
• participate in communications or arrangements between advertisers and clients;
• collect or process payment for services independently supplied by advertisers;
• receive commissions from those independently supplied services; or
• supervise or control independent interactions between advertisers and persons who contact them.
Contact information and messaging facilities provided through the platform allow adults to contact advertisers directly.
Any subsequent communication, meeting, arrangement, service or transaction is independently undertaken between those parties and is not arranged or supplied by FindEscorts.
7. ADVERTISER RESPONSIBILITIES
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their advertisements, activities and any independently supplied services comply with applicable New Zealand law.
Advertisers must:
• provide truthful and materially accurate information;
• keep their advertising information reasonably current;
• possess all necessary rights and consents for uploaded content;
• comply with FindEscorts' verification requirements;
• comply with FindEscorts' advertising and content standards;
• not advertise unlawful activities; and
• not use FindEscorts to facilitate criminal, exploitative or non-consensual conduct.
Advertisers remain solely responsible for services they independently offer or provide.
8. PROHIBITED EXPLOITATION, COERCION AND TRAFFICKING
FindEscorts has zero tolerance for:
• human trafficking;
• sexual exploitation;
• coercion;
• slavery or forced labour;
• child sexual exploitation;
• advertising involving persons under 18; or
• advertising involving a person who has not freely consented.
Content or accounts reasonably suspected of involving exploitation, trafficking, coercion or a minor may be immediately restricted or removed while the matter is investigated.
FindEscorts may preserve relevant records and cooperate with law-enforcement agencies or other competent authorities where required or permitted by law.
9. IMAGE AND MEDIA STANDARDS
Advertising photographs and other media must comply with FindEscorts' content standards.
The following are prohibited:
• visible genitalia or anus;
• explicit sexual acts or simulated explicit sexual acts;
• penetration or masturbation;
• images primarily focused on exposed genital areas;
• bodily fluids presented in an explicitly sexual context;
• pornographic or otherwise prohibited sexually explicit imagery;
• images involving or appearing to involve persons under 18;
• images depicting coercion, trafficking, violence or non-consensual sexual activity; and
• photographs or media used without lawful authority or consent.
Non-explicit adult nudity may be permitted where genitalia and anus are not visible and the content otherwise complies with these Terms and applicable law.
Breasts may be visible provided the image is not otherwise sexually explicit or prohibited under these standards.
Sex toys or similar objects may appear as props provided they are not depicted being inserted, used in an explicit sexual manner, or accompanied by prohibited visible genitalia or sexual activity.
FindEscorts may reject, restrict or remove media that it reasonably considers inconsistent with these standards.
10. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND CONSENT
Users may upload only content that they own or have the lawful right and necessary consent to use.
Impersonation, stolen photographs, false identity information and unauthorised use of another person's images are prohibited.
Where credible information indicates that photographs, identity information or other material have been used without authority, FindEscorts may immediately restrict the content or account while investigating.
11. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Users must not use FindEscorts to:
• advertise or facilitate illegal activity;
• exploit, traffic, coerce or threaten another person;
• involve a person under 18;
• impersonate another person;
• submit another person's identification without lawful authority;
• upload stolen or unauthorised photographs;
• publish deliberately false or materially misleading information;
• harass, threaten, stalk or abuse another user;
• distribute malware or malicious software;
• scrape or systematically extract platform data without authorisation;
• circumvent verification requirements;
• circumvent account suspension or moderation controls; or
• interfere with platform security.
12. PAYMENTS TO FINDESCORTS
Payments made to FindEscorts are solely for advertising, listing, promotional placement and related digital platform services supplied by FindEscorts.
FindEscorts does not process payments between advertisers and people who independently contact them regarding services.
Payment for advertising does not constitute payment for any service independently offered by an advertiser.
Card or other electronic payments may be processed through approved independent banks, payment gateways or payment-service providers.
FindEscorts does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.
Refunds and payment disputes are governed by our Refund & Chargeback Policy and applicable New Zealand law.
13. ADVERTISER SAFETY FEATURES
FindEscorts may provide eligible advertisers with safety and reporting features designed to assist with legitimate safety concerns.
Any such feature must not be used for:
• harassment;
• retaliation;
• discrimination;
• knowingly false allegations; or
• unnecessary disclosure of personal information.
Access to particular safety functionality may be limited to registered or verified advertisers.
FindEscorts may establish additional rules, privacy protections and review procedures before particular safety functionality is made available.
14. MODERATION, SUSPENSION AND REMOVAL
FindEscorts may review advertising and may reject, restrict, suspend or remove an advertisement or account where we reasonably believe:
• these Terms or another applicable policy have been breached;
• required verification has not been completed or has failed;
• information appears false, misleading or fraudulent;
• another person's identity or images are being used without authority;
• there is a legal, compliance or safety concern;
• fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected; or
• continued publication could expose users, third parties or FindEscorts to material risk.
Automated systems and third-party services may assist with verification, fraud prevention, security and moderation.
Where appropriate, a user may request manual review of a verification or moderation decision by contacting FindEscorts.
Manual review does not guarantee reinstatement or publication.
15. REPORTS AND COMPLAINTS
Users may report an advertisement using the reporting functionality available on the relevant listing or profile.
Other complaints or serious safety concerns may be sent to:

Reports involving suspected minors, trafficking, coercion, stolen identities, unauthorised photographs or other serious safety matters will be prioritised.
16. PRIVACY AND BIOMETRIC VERIFICATION
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law.
Identity and age verification may involve personal information being collected and processed by Veriff or another approved identity-verification provider.
Depending on the verification method, this may include identity-document information, photographs, facial images, liveness information or biometric information.
FindEscorts may receive verification results, status information, reference information and other information reasonably necessary to administer, investigate or review the verification process.
Further information about how personal information and verification information are handled is provided in our Privacy Policy and any applicable verification/privacy notice presented before verification begins.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Users retain ownership of content that they lawfully own.
By publishing content on FindEscorts, you grant FindEscorts a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, resize, format and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate, display and promote the relevant advertisement and platform.
This licence ends when the relevant content is permanently removed, except where retention is reasonably necessary for backups, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance or enforcement.
18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
FindEscorts may use or link to independent third-party services, including identity-verification providers, hosting providers, security services and payment processors.
Those providers operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies and legal obligations.
Use of a third-party provider by FindEscorts does not make that provider responsible for services independently offered by advertisers.
19. NO GUARANTEE OR ENDORSEMENT
Identity or age verification does not constitute an endorsement of an advertiser.
FindEscorts does not guarantee the conduct, reliability, availability, suitability, representations or independently supplied services of an advertiser merely because verification has been completed or an advertisement has been published.
Verification is a platform integrity, identity and age-control measure.
Users remain responsible for their own decisions and independent interactions.
20. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
FindEscorts endeavours to maintain a reliable and secure advertising platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindEscorts is not responsible for independent communications, meetings, agreements, transactions, services or conduct occurring between advertisers and persons who contact them outside the advertising services supplied by FindEscorts.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under New Zealand law.
21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
FindEscorts may update these Terms where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes to:
• our services;
• verification procedures;
• payment arrangements;
• technology;
• security requirements;
• platform policies; or
• applicable legal obligations.
The current version will be published on FindEscorts.co.nz.
Material changes will take effect when published or from any later date specified by FindEscorts.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any dispute concerning these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
