1. OUR ROLE
FindEscorts.co.nz (“FindEscorts”) is a New Zealand online advertising and directory platform for adults.
FindEscorts provides digital advertising, listing and promotional services.
FindEscorts is not an escort agency and does not employ, manage, represent or dispatch escorts or other adult service providers.
We do not arrange appointments or bookings, negotiate services or prices, participate in arrangements between advertisers and clients, or process payments for services independently supplied by advertisers.
Payments made to FindEscorts relate solely to advertising, listings, promotional placement and related digital platform services.
2. ADULTS ONLY — 18+
FindEscorts is intended only for persons aged 18 years or older.
No person under 18 may:
• create an advertiser account;
• purchase or publish adult advertising;
• appear in advertising content;
• be advertised as providing adult services; or
• use areas of the platform restricted to adults.
FindEscorts has zero tolerance for content or activity involving the sexual exploitation of minors.
Suspected involvement of a person under 18 may result in immediate restriction or removal of the relevant advertisement or account while the matter is investigated.
Where appropriate or required by law, relevant information may be preserved and referred to competent authorities.
3. IDENTITY AND AGE VERIFICATION
Individuals advertised as providing adult services must satisfy FindEscorts' applicable identity and age-verification requirements before their advertisement may be published.
FindEscorts currently uses Veriff, an independent identity-verification provider, as part of this process.
Verification may include:
• government-issued identity-document verification;
• date-of-birth and age confirmation;
• facial or selfie comparison;
• liveness or similar anti-fraud checks; and
• other security or authenticity checks supported by the verification provider.
Payment for advertising does not bypass verification.
An advertisement will not be approved for publication solely because payment has been made.
4. AGENCIES AND BUSINESSES
Agencies and other adult businesses may advertise subject to FindEscorts' applicable requirements.
Verification of an agency owner, business representative or account holder does not replace verification of the individual being advertised.
Each individual advertised as providing adult services must independently satisfy FindEscorts' applicable identity and age-verification requirements before advertising relating to that individual may be published.
Anyone submitting photographs or personal information relating to another person must have lawful authority and any necessary consent to do so.
5. CONTENT MODERATION
Advertising submitted to FindEscorts is subject to platform rules and may be reviewed for compliance.
FindEscorts may reject, restrict, suspend or remove advertising that:
• involves or appears to involve a person under 18;
• contains prohibited sexually explicit material;
• promotes unlawful activity;
• appears to involve trafficking, exploitation or coercion;
• uses another person's identity or photographs without authority;
• contains materially false or misleading information;
• fails applicable identity or age-verification requirements; or
• otherwise breaches our Terms of Service or advertising standards.
Automated tools and third-party services may assist with verification, security, fraud prevention and moderation. Manual review may also be used where appropriate.
6. IMAGE AND MEDIA STANDARDS
FindEscorts permits adult advertising content only within defined platform standards.
Prohibited content includes:
• visible genitalia or anus;
• explicit sexual acts or simulated explicit sexual acts;
• penetration or masturbation;
• pornographic or otherwise prohibited sexually explicit imagery;
• images involving or appearing to involve persons under 18;
• coercive or non-consensual sexual content; and
• content involving trafficking or exploitation.
Non-explicit adult nudity may be permitted where genitalia and anus are not visible and the content otherwise complies with FindEscorts' rules and applicable law.
Breasts may be visible provided the image is not otherwise prohibited.
Sex toys or similar objects may appear as props but must not be shown being inserted or used in an explicitly sexual manner.
7. HUMAN TRAFFICKING, EXPLOITATION AND COERCION
FindEscorts has zero tolerance for:
• human trafficking;
• forced labour;
• sexual exploitation;
• coercion;
• slavery;
• non-consensual activity; or
• commercial sexual activity involving anyone under 18.
FindEscorts may immediately restrict or remove content or accounts where there are reasonable grounds for concern.
Relevant records may be preserved and FindEscorts may cooperate with New Zealand Police or other competent authorities where required or permitted by law.
8. NEW ZEALAND LEGAL FRAMEWORK
FindEscorts operates as a New Zealand online advertising and directory platform.
Our policies and platform controls are designed to support compliance with applicable New Zealand law, including, where relevant:
• the Prostitution Reform Act 2003;
• the Privacy Act 2020;
• applicable New Zealand privacy requirements relating to identity and biometric information;
• the Films, Videos, and Publications Classification Act 1993;
• applicable consumer protection requirements; and
• other applicable New Zealand laws and regulatory requirements.
FindEscorts does not represent that publication on the platform guarantees that every independent action of an advertiser complies with every legal obligation.
Advertisers remain responsible for ensuring their own activities and independently supplied services comply with applicable law.
9. PRIVACY AND VERIFICATION INFORMATION
Personal information is handled in accordance with the FindEscorts Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law.
Identity verification through Veriff may involve processing identity documents, photographs, facial or liveness information and biometric information where applicable.
FindEscorts may receive verification results and related information necessary to administer the verification process.
Identity and biometric information processed by Veriff may be handled through Veriff's systems in accordance with its applicable privacy and retention practices.
FindEscorts does not use biometric information for advertising or marketing purposes.
10. PAYMENTS
FindEscorts accepts payment only for its own advertising and related digital platform services.
These may include:
• advertising listings;
• listing duration;
• featured placement;
• highlighting;
• priority placement; and
• other advertising or promotional upgrades.
FindEscorts does not collect or process payments for escort services or other adult services independently supplied by advertisers.
Any independent financial transaction between an advertiser and a person who contacts them occurs outside FindEscorts.
11. REPORTING AND COMPLAINTS
Users can report advertisements through available platform reporting functions.
Serious concerns may also be reported directly to:
support@findescorts.co.nz
Reports involving:
• suspected minors;
• trafficking;
• exploitation;
• coercion;
• identity theft;
• unauthorised photographs; or
• other serious unlawful or unsafe activity
will be prioritised for review.
12. COOPERATION WITH AUTHORITIES
FindEscorts will respond to valid legal requirements and may cooperate with New Zealand Police, courts, regulators or other competent authorities where required or permitted by law.
Where appropriate, records relevant to suspected serious unlawful activity may be preserved in accordance with applicable legal and privacy requirements.
13. ONGOING COMPLIANCE
FindEscorts may update its verification processes, content controls, policies, security measures and operational procedures as the platform develops or legal and regulatory requirements change.
Compliance controls may include:
• identity and age verification;
• content moderation;
• advertiser reporting mechanisms;
• fraud and security controls;
• account suspension and removal procedures;
• privacy controls; and
• manual review where appropriate.
