REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY — FINDESCORTS.CO.NZ

1. ABOUT THIS POLICY
FindEscorts.co.nz (“FindEscorts”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a New Zealand online advertising and directory platform.
Payments made to FindEscorts are solely for advertising, listings, promotional placement and related digital platform services.
FindEscorts does not provide escort services, arrange bookings, receive commissions from services supplied by advertisers, or process payments between advertisers and people who independently contact them.
2. ADVERTISING PURCHASES
When an advertiser purchases an advertising package or promotional feature, payment is for the digital advertising service selected at checkout.
Advertising may remain subject to:
• identity and age-verification requirements;
• content review;
• compliance with our Terms of Service;
• compliance with our advertising standards; and
• fraud or security checks.
Payment does not guarantee publication of an advertisement that fails these requirements.
3. IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Individuals advertised as providing adult services must satisfy FindEscorts' applicable identity and age-verification requirements before their advertisement may be published.
Advertisers should complete required verification and provide accurate information when requested.
If an advertiser cannot complete verification, they should contact FindEscorts promptly so the circumstances can be reviewed.
Payment does not override or bypass verification requirements.
4. REFUND REQUESTS
Because FindEscorts supplies digital advertising services, refunds are not automatically available merely because an advertiser:
• changes their mind;
• decides not to use an advertisement;
• receives fewer enquiries than expected;
• does not achieve a particular commercial result;
• removes an advertisement early; or
• no longer wishes to advertise.
However, refund requests will be considered where appropriate, including where:
• a duplicate payment has been made;
• FindEscorts has charged an incorrect amount;
• a technical failure attributable to FindEscorts materially prevents the purchased advertising service from being supplied;
• FindEscorts is unable to provide the advertising service purchased; or
• a refund is otherwise required under applicable New Zealand law.
Other exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at FindEscorts' discretion.
5. REJECTED OR REMOVED ADVERTISEMENTS
FindEscorts may reject, suspend or remove advertising that breaches our Terms of Service, content standards, verification requirements or applicable law.
A refund will not ordinarily be provided where advertising cannot be published or is removed because the advertiser:
• supplied false or misleading information;
• failed or attempted to circumvent required verification;
• submitted prohibited content;
• used another person's identity or images without authority;
• breached FindEscorts' Terms or policies; or
• engaged in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
Where an advertisement cannot be published for another reason, FindEscorts may review the circumstances and determine whether a refund, account credit or other appropriate resolution should be provided.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.
6. PROMOTIONAL FEATURES
Payments for promotional features, including featured placement, highlighting, priority placement or similar advertising upgrades, relate only to the promotional service purchased.
FindEscorts does not guarantee a particular number of:
• views;
• enquiries;
• contacts;
• bookings;
• customers; or
• financial results.
Promotional placement increases or changes advertising exposure only.
7. DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT PAYMENTS
If you believe you have:
• been charged twice;
• been charged an incorrect amount; or
• been charged for an advertising product you did not purchase,
please contact FindEscorts as soon as possible.
We will investigate the transaction and, where an error is confirmed, provide an appropriate correction or refund.
8. REQUESTING A REFUND
Refund requests should be sent to:
support@findescorts.co.nz
Please provide:
• your account email address;
• transaction or payment reference where available;
• the advertising package or promotion purchased;
• payment date;
• amount paid; and
• reason for the request.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the payment.
9. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe there is a genuine problem with a FindEscorts advertising payment, please contact us first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, FindEscorts may provide the relevant bank, card scheme or payment provider with information reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute.
This may include:
• transaction records;
• account information;
• advertising purchase records;
• relevant login or technical records;
• communications relating to the transaction;
• evidence showing whether the advertising service was supplied; and
• relevant Terms and policies accepted at the time of purchase.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
10. FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS
Knowingly making a false or fraudulent chargeback claim may result in restriction or suspension of the relevant FindEscorts account.
FindEscorts may preserve records relating to suspected payment fraud and may provide relevant information to payment providers or competent authorities where permitted or required by law.
11. PROCESSING REFUNDS
Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible.
The time taken for funds to appear may depend on the bank, card issuer or payment provider involved.
12. NEW ZEALAND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under New Zealand law.
Where applicable law requires a refund, remedy or other resolution, FindEscorts will comply with those requirements.
