FindEscorts.co.nz (“FindEscorts”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is a New Zealand online advertising and directory platform.

We provide digital advertising services that enable independent adult service providers, agencies, massage businesses and other lawful adult-industry businesses to advertise through the platform.

1. What FindEscorts Provides

FindEscorts provides advertising and promotional products that may include:

• individual advertising profiles;
• business and agency listings;
• fixed-term advertising packages;
• featured listings;
• profile promotion and BOOST options; and
• other digital advertising and promotional features.

Payments made to FindEscorts are for advertising and related digital platform services.

2. Mandatory Advertiser Verification

Every individual advertised as providing adult services must be at least 18 years of age and successfully complete FindEscorts' required identity and age-verification process before their profile can become publicly available.

FindEscorts uses Veriff, an independent third-party identity-verification provider, as part of this process.

This requirement applies to both independent advertisers and individuals advertised through agencies, massage businesses or other business accounts.

A business account does not replace individual verification.

3. What Verification Means

Our verification process is designed to assist FindEscorts in establishing the identity and age of the individual being advertised.

Successful verification does not mean that FindEscorts guarantees, certifies or endorses every statement subsequently made by an advertiser.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, FindEscorts does not independently verify matters such as an advertiser's:

• availability;
• location at any particular time;
• prices;
• experience;
• qualifications;
• availability of particular services;
• personal descriptions; or
• other representations contained in their advertisement.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their advertising information is truthful, current, authorised and lawful.

4. FindEscorts Is an Advertising Platform

FindEscorts provides advertising and directory services only.

FindEscorts does not:

• provide escort, massage or other services advertised by independent advertisers;
• employ advertisers;
• represent advertisers as their agent;
• manage advertisers' working arrangements;
• determine which services advertisers provide;
• determine or set advertisers' service prices;
• arrange or manage appointments;
• negotiate services;
• participate in communications between advertisers and customers;
• process payments for services independently provided by advertisers; or
• receive commissions or percentages from those services.

5. Contact Between Advertisers and Customers

Advertisers may display contact information through their profiles.

People interested in an advertisement contact the advertiser directly.

FindEscorts is not involved in subsequent communications, negotiations, arrangements, appointments or transactions between advertisers and persons who contact them.

Those interactions occur independently between the parties concerned.

6. Advertiser Responsibility

Advertisers are responsible for:

• the accuracy of their advertisements;
• keeping their information reasonably current;
• ensuring they have authority to publish their photographs and other content;
• ensuring their advertising complies with FindEscorts' policies;
• complying with applicable New Zealand law; and
• their own independent communications, arrangements and services.

Advertisers must not publish false, materially misleading, fraudulent or unauthorised content.

7. Photographs & Content

Advertising photographs and other content must comply with our Advertising Process & Content Guidelines.

Advertisers may only upload photographs and other material they own or have the necessary rights and permission to use.

Impersonation, stolen photographs, fraudulent identity information and unauthorised use of another person's images are prohibited.

Any identifiable person intentionally appearing in adult-oriented advertising content must be at least 18 years old and must have consented to the creation and publication of that content.

8. Agencies & Businesses

Agencies, massage businesses and other eligible businesses may advertise through FindEscorts.

However, an agency or business cannot use its account to bypass individual advertiser verification.

Every individual advertised as providing adult services must satisfy FindEscorts' applicable identity and age-verification requirements before their profile can be published.

Businesses must also have appropriate authority and consent to advertise the individuals appearing through their accounts.

9. Content Review & Moderation

Every new advertisement submitted to FindEscorts is placed into a pending/inactive status and is not publicly visible until it has been manually reviewed by an administrator.

Before publication, FindEscorts reviews applicable requirements including:

• identity and age-verification status;
• required advertisement information;
• content standards;
• image standards;
• suspected fraud or identity misuse;
• trafficking, exploitation or coercion concerns; and
• other applicable Terms and policy requirements.

An administrator may approve or reject the advertisement.

Only advertisements that have been approved may become publicly visible.

FindEscorts may also restrict, suspend or remove previously approved content where new information, reports or concerns indicate that the advertisement may breach our Terms, policies or applicable law.

Users are encouraged to report suspected violations.

10. External Websites

Advertisements may contain links or references to third-party websites or services where permitted by FindEscorts.

External websites are independently operated and are not controlled by FindEscorts.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, FindEscorts does not endorse or guarantee the content, security, availability, products or services of third-party websites.

Users should exercise appropriate judgment before interacting with an external website or providing personal or financial information to it.

11. Reporting Concerns

Users may report advertisements where they reasonably suspect:

• an underage person;
• impersonation;
• stolen photographs;
• human trafficking;
• coercion or exploitation;
• fraudulent or materially misleading advertising;
• prohibited explicit content; or
• other serious breaches of our policies.

FindEscorts may restrict an advertisement while a report is investigated.

12. Important Distinction

FindEscorts' identity and age-verification requirements should not be interpreted as a guarantee of an advertiser's character, conduct, services or every representation made in their advertisement.

Verification is a platform safety and compliance measure.

Users remain responsible for making their own decisions about whether and how they communicate or interact with another person.
