1. ABOUT FINDESCORTS
FindEscorts.co.nz (“FindEscorts”) is a New Zealand online advertising and directory platform for adults.
FindEscorts provides advertising, listing and promotional services to eligible independent adult advertisers and adult businesses.
FindEscorts is not an escort agency. We do not employ or manage service providers, arrange bookings, negotiate services or prices, or process payments for services independently supplied by advertisers.
2. HOW THE ADVERTISING PROCESS WORKS
The FindEscorts advertising process is designed so that required verification, payment and manual review controls are completed before an advertisement becomes publicly visible.
The general process is:
Step 1 — Create an Account
An advertiser creates a FindEscorts account and provides the information required to establish and operate the account.
Step 2 — Mobile Phone Verification
The advertiser must verify a mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
Phone verification is recorded by FindEscorts and forms part of the advertiser verification process.
Step 3 — Identity and Age Verification
Individuals advertised as providing adult services must satisfy FindEscorts' applicable identity and age-verification requirements.
FindEscorts currently uses Veriff, an independent identity-verification provider, as part of this process.
Verification may include:
• government-issued identity-document verification;
• confirmation of date of birth and age;
• facial or selfie comparison;
• liveness or similar anti-fraud checks; and
• other authenticity or security checks.
An individual must satisfy the applicable verification requirements before their advertisement may be published.
Step 4 — Create the Advertisement
The advertiser creates their advertisement and provides the information they wish to publish.
This may include:
• advertising/profile name;
• photographs;
• description;
• general location;
• availability information;
• contact information; and
• other permitted advertising information.
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their information is truthful, materially accurate and lawful.
Step 5 — Select Advertising
Where applicable, the advertiser selects the advertising package, listing option or promotional features they wish to purchase.
Payments made to FindEscorts relate solely to advertising and related digital platform services.
Payment does not override identity verification, content standards or manual administrator approval.
Step 6 — Pending Status and Manual Review
New advertisements are placed into a pending/inactive status and are not publicly visible.
Before publication, an administrator manually reviews the advertisement.
The review may include:
• identity and age-verification status;
• required advertisement information;
• content standards;
• image standards;
• fraud or security concerns; and
• other applicable platform requirements.
The administrator may approve or reject the advertisement.
An advertisement that has not been approved remains hidden from public view.
Step 7 — Publication
Only after the required verification and manual administrator approval have been completed may the advertisement become publicly visible on FindEscorts.
Publication does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of an advertiser or any independently supplied service.
Step 8 — Direct Contact
Adult visitors can browse published advertisements and contact advertisers directly using the contact methods made available by the advertiser or platform.
Ordinary visitors are not required to complete advertiser identity verification simply to browse advertisements or contact an advertiser.
FindEscorts does not arrange the subsequent interaction.
Step 9 — Independent Arrangement
Any communication, meeting, booking, service, price or payment subsequently agreed between an advertiser and a person who contacts them is arranged independently between those parties.
FindEscorts does not:
• negotiate the arrangement;
• determine the service;
• set the price;
• make the booking;
• collect the advertiser's service fee;
• receive a commission from that service; or
• participate in the transaction.
3. ADVERTISER VERIFICATION
Verification is a condition of publication for individuals advertised as providing adult services.
Successful verification means that the applicable FindEscorts identity and age-verification requirements have been satisfied.
It does not mean that FindEscorts:
• employs the advertiser;
• endorses the advertiser;
• guarantees information outside the scope of verification;
• guarantees the advertiser's conduct; or
• guarantees independently supplied services.
Attempts to circumvent or falsify verification may result in account restriction or removal.
4. AGENCIES AND BUSINESS ACCOUNTS
Agencies and other adult businesses may advertise subject to FindEscorts' requirements.
Verification of an agency owner, account holder or business representative does not automatically verify the people appearing in advertisements.
Each individual advertised as providing adult services must satisfy FindEscorts' applicable identity and age-verification requirements.
Agencies must have lawful authority and any necessary consent to submit photographs and personal information relating to another person.
5. ADVERTISING CONTENT
Advertising must be truthful, lawful and consistent with FindEscorts' content standards.
Advertisements must not contain or promote:
• activity involving anyone under 18;
• trafficking or exploitation;
• coercion or non-consensual activity;
• unlawful services;
• stolen or unauthorised photographs;
• impersonation;
• materially false or misleading information; or
• other content prohibited by FindEscorts' Terms and policies.
6. IMAGE STANDARDS
FindEscorts permits adult-oriented advertising within defined content limits.
The following are prohibited:
• visible genitalia or anus;
• explicit sexual acts or simulated explicit sexual acts;
• penetration or masturbation;
• pornographic or otherwise prohibited sexually explicit imagery;
• images involving or appearing to involve anyone under 18;
• coercive or non-consensual content; and
• exploitative or trafficking-related imagery.
Non-explicit adult nudity may be permitted where genitalia and anus are not visible and the image otherwise complies with platform requirements.
Breasts may be visible provided the image is not otherwise prohibited.
Sex toys may appear as props but must not be depicted being inserted or used in an explicitly sexual manner.
7. PAYMENTS TO FINDESCORTS
FindEscorts charges for advertising and related digital services.
These may include:
• listing packages;
• listing duration;
• featured placement;
• priority placement;
• highlighting; and
• other promotional advertising upgrades.
Payments made to FindEscorts are solely for advertising and related digital platform services.
FindEscorts does not charge clients for contacting advertisers and does not process, collect, hold or settle payments for services independently provided by advertisers.
Advertising purchases are subject to our Refund & Chargeback Policy.
8. ADVERTISEMENT REVIEW AND REMOVAL
Every new advertisement is subject to manual administrator review before it becomes publicly visible.
FindEscorts may approve, reject, restrict, suspend or remove an advertisement where there are reasonable grounds to believe:
• verification requirements have not been satisfied;
• content breaches platform standards;
• information is materially false or misleading;
• another person's identity or photographs are being used without authority;
• trafficking, exploitation or coercion may be involved;
• a person under 18 may be involved;
• fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected; or
• another applicable Terms or policy requirement has been breached.
Payment does not guarantee publication and does not prevent FindEscorts from rejecting, restricting or removing non-compliant advertising.
9. REPORTING CONCERNS
Advertisements may be reported using the reporting function available on the relevant listing.
Serious concerns involving:
• suspected minors;
• trafficking;
• exploitation;
• coercion;
• identity misuse;
• unauthorised photographs; or
• other serious safety matters

10. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled in accordance with the FindEscorts Privacy Policy.
Identity verification through Veriff may involve identity-document information, facial or selfie information, liveness checks and biometric processing where applicable.
Verification information is used for legitimate identity, age, security, fraud-prevention and compliance purposes.
11. INDEPENDENT ADVERTISERS
Advertisers using FindEscorts operate independently.
FindEscorts does not control:
• which lawful services an advertiser chooses to independently provide;
• an advertiser's working hours;
• the advertiser's prices;
• which clients an advertiser accepts; or
• the terms of an independent arrangement between adults.
Advertisers are responsible for their own legal obligations and independently supplied services.
12. OUR OBJECTIVE
FindEscorts aims to provide a transparent adult advertising platform with appropriate controls relating to:
• mobile phone verification;
• identity and age verification;
• manual advertisement review;
• prohibited content;
• exploitation and trafficking;
• advertiser accountability;
• privacy;
• payment transparency;
• reporting; and
• platform security.
These requirements may be updated as the platform, technology and applicable legal requirements develop.
