Advertising Process & Content Guidelines
This process helps keep FindEscorts a safe, lawful platform. It is designed to prevent misuse, including underage content. You must follow these rules.
1. Phone Verification
You sign up with a valid phone number. You will verify it to confirm ownership. After verification you can submit your profile and make payment.
2. Age & Photo Verification
Once payment is made, you will be redirected to verify your age and identity. You have two options:

You must be 18 or older.
3. Ad Activation
Once your account is fully verified, your advertisement will go live. You will not need to repeat verification unless your membership expires and you renew.

FindEscorts is a user-generated adult services directory. Independent individuals and agencies post ads. We do not endorse or verify the truthfulness of content posted by advertisers. Each advertiser is fully responsible for their own content.
Our mission is to prevent illegal content, protect minors, and maintain a lawful and respectful environment. We use technical and human moderation to achieve this — including IP checks, image scanning, and AI tools to prevent fraud or inappropriate content. If you violate these rules, we will act (removal, suspension, or legal cooperation).
Content Rules — You Are Solely Responsible
By posting, you confirm that your content is legal, truthful, and compliant with these guidelines and with New Zealand law.
You must not post any content that:

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion and to suspend repeat offenders.
Enforcement & Liability
If you break these rules or New Zealand law, FindEscorts will fully cooperate with authorities. Use of this site to commit crimes or exploit others may result in civil or criminal liability.
Because we host third-party content, we do not guarantee the truth or legality of every ad. However, we actively moderate and flag suspicious content. We also implement security safeguards (e.g. detecting VPN usage, scanning images for illegal content, fraud detection).
