3. IDENTITY AND AGE VERIFICATION
Individuals advertised as providing adult services must satisfy FindEscorts' applicable identity and age-verification requirements before their advertisement may be published.
FindEscorts currently uses Veriff, an independent third-party identity-verification provider, to assist with identity and age verification.
Depending on the verification process, Veriff may collect and process information including:
• government-issued identity documents;
• name and date of birth;
• photographs or video;
• facial images;
• selfie or liveness information;
• document authenticity information;
• device and technical information;
• fraud and security indicators; and
• biometric information where applicable to the verification method.
This information may be used to:
• confirm identity;
• confirm that the person satisfies applicable age requirements;
• compare the person completing verification with their identity document;
• detect impersonation, fraud or manipulated identity documents;
• prevent duplicate or abusive accounts; and
• support platform safety and compliance.
4. BIOMETRIC INFORMATION
Identity verification may involve automated analysis of facial images or other biometric information.
Where biometric information is processed as part of verification, it is used for identity, age, fraud-prevention, security and platform-integrity purposes.
FindEscorts does not use biometric information for advertising or marketing purposes.
The verification process may be performed by Veriff using Veriff's systems and technology.
Before beginning verification, users may also be presented with information from Veriff or FindEscorts explaining the verification process and the processing of personal or biometric information.
Where applicable, users should review that information before continuing.
Where a person cannot satisfactorily complete automated verification or has a legitimate concern about the verification process, they may contact FindEscorts to ask whether an appropriate manual review or alternative process is available.
An alternative process may require additional evidence and does not guarantee that verification will be approved.
5. INFORMATION FINDESCORTS RECEIVES FROM VERIFF
FindEscorts may receive information from Veriff reasonably necessary to administer the verification process, such as:
• verification status;
• verification result;
• session or reference identifiers;
• identity or age confirmation information;
• information indicating that additional review is required;
• fraud or verification-related indicators; and
• information necessary to investigate a verification problem or appeal.
FindEscorts does not need to retain a complete copy of every identity document or all biometric information processed by Veriff merely because a verification has taken place.
Some identity and biometric information may instead be processed and retained by Veriff in accordance with Veriff's own privacy and retention requirements.
6. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may use personal information to:
• create and administer user accounts;
• provide advertising and directory services;
• verify identity and age;
• process advertising purchases;
• publish advertisements and advertiser contact information selected for publication;
• communicate with users;
• provide customer support;
• review advertisements;

• protect users and platform security;
• comply with legal obligations;
• respond to lawful requests from competent authorities;

7. INFORMATION PUBLISHED ON THE WEBSITE
Advertisers choose certain information for publication as part of their advertisements.
Depending on the advertisement, publicly displayed information may include:
• advertising/profile name;
• photographs;

• description;
• services or advertising information;
• availability information; and
• contact information selected for publication by the advertiser.
Advertisers should not publish information they do not want made publicly available.
FindEscorts may remove information that breaches our policies or creates a material privacy, safety or legal concern.
8. PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments made to FindEscorts are for advertising, listing, promotional placement and related digital platform services.
FindEscorts does not process payments between advertisers and people who independently contact them regarding adult services.
Advertising payments may be processed by independent banks, payment gateways or payment-service providers.
Those providers may collect payment-card, bank-account, fraud-prevention, authentication and transaction information required to process a payment.
FindEscorts does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.
We may retain transaction information such as:
• payment status;
• amount;
• date;
• transaction reference;
• advertising product purchased; and
• information required for accounting, refunds, disputes or fraud prevention.
9. WHEN WE MAY DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to:
• identity-verification providers such as Veriff;
• payment processors, banks and payment-service providers;
• hosting, security and technical service providers;
• professional advisers;

We do not sell personal information to data brokers.
We do not provide advertiser identity-verification documents to members of the public.
