1. ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY
FindEscorts.co.nz (“FindEscorts”) has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labour, coercion, slavery, child sexual exploitation or any non-consensual activity.
FindEscorts is a New Zealand online advertising and directory platform. We do not provide escort services, employ or manage service providers, arrange bookings, or process payments for services independently supplied by advertisers.
Our role is limited to providing advertising, listing and promotional services.
2. NO PERSON UNDER 18
No person under the age of 18 may:
• be advertised on FindEscorts;
• appear in adult advertising content;
• create an advertiser account;
• purchase or publish adult advertising; or
• be represented as providing adult services through the platform.
Any indication that a person under 18 may be involved will be treated as a serious safety and compliance concern.
Relevant content or accounts may be immediately restricted while the matter is investigated.
Where appropriate or required by law, relevant information may be preserved and referred to competent authorities.
3. IDENTITY AND AGE VERIFICATION
Individuals advertised as providing adult services must satisfy FindEscorts' applicable identity and age-verification requirements before their advertisement may be published.
FindEscorts currently uses Veriff, an independent identity-verification provider, as part of this process.
Verification may include:
• government-issued identity-document verification;
• confirmation of date of birth and age;
• facial or selfie comparison;
• liveness or similar anti-fraud checks; and
• other authenticity and security checks.
Payment for advertising does not bypass these requirements.
Verification of an agency, business owner or account holder does not replace verification of the individual being advertised.
Every individual advertised as providing adult services must satisfy the applicable verification requirements.
4. CONSENT AND THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING
No person may knowingly advertise another individual without lawful authority and any necessary consent.
Agencies and businesses submitting advertisements involving other individuals are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority to submit the information and content.
FindEscorts may request additional information or evidence where there is a concern regarding identity, authority or consent.
Advertising may be restricted or removed where these requirements cannot be satisfactorily established.
5. WARNING SIGNS AND PLATFORM REVIEW
FindEscorts may review, restrict or investigate advertisements or accounts where information raises concerns including:
• possible involvement of a person under 18;
• inconsistent identity information;
• suspected use of another person's identity;
• unauthorised photographs;
• indications of coercion or control;
• suspected trafficking or exploitation;
• suspicious or fraudulent account activity;
• attempts to circumvent identity verification; or
• other circumstances reasonably indicating a safety or legal concern.
Automated tools and third-party services may assist with identity verification, fraud prevention and platform security.
Manual review may also be used where appropriate.
6. IMMEDIATE ACTION
Where FindEscorts reasonably suspects trafficking, exploitation, coercion or involvement of a minor, we may take action including:
• preventing publication;
• restricting an advertisement;
• suspending an account;
• removing content;
• preserving relevant records;
• requesting additional verification or information; and
• referring relevant information to competent authorities where required or permitted by law.
Payment for advertising does not prevent FindEscorts from taking any of these actions.
7. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND ACTIVITY
FindEscorts prohibits advertising or content that promotes, depicts or facilitates:
• human trafficking;
• sexual exploitation;
• forced labour or slavery;
• coercion or threats;
• non-consensual sexual activity;
• commercial sexual activity involving anyone under 18;
• child sexual exploitation material; or
• other unlawful exploitative conduct.
Such content may result in immediate account restriction or removal.
8. REPORTING A CONCERN
Anyone who believes an advertisement or account may involve trafficking, exploitation, coercion, a person under 18, identity misuse or another serious safety concern should report it immediately.
Advertisements may be reported using the reporting function available on the relevant listing.

Please provide as much relevant information as reasonably possible, such as the advertisement URL, profile name and reason for concern.
Do not place yourself or another person in danger in order to obtain additional information.
9. IMMEDIATE DANGER
If someone is in immediate danger, contact New Zealand Police by calling 111.
Concerns that do not involve immediate danger may also be reported directly to the appropriate New Zealand authorities.
FindEscorts' reporting system is not a substitute for emergency services.
10. COOPERATION WITH AUTHORITIES
FindEscorts will respond to valid legal requirements and may cooperate with New Zealand Police, courts, regulators or other competent authorities where required or permitted by law.
Where appropriate, relevant records may be preserved to assist an investigation.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the FindEscorts Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law.
11. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Reports involving trafficking, exploitation or safety concerns may contain sensitive personal information.
FindEscorts will limit the use and disclosure of such information to legitimate safety, investigation, compliance and legal purposes.
We will not knowingly publish the identity of a person who reports a concern merely because they submitted a report, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary for an investigation or safety response.
12. FALSE OR MALICIOUS REPORTS
FindEscorts encourages genuine safety reporting.
The reporting system must not be deliberately misused to harass advertisers, retaliate against another person, submit knowingly false allegations or interfere with legitimate advertising.
Knowingly malicious use of reporting systems may result in account restrictions or other appropriate action.
13. OUR COMMITMENT
FindEscorts is committed to maintaining reasonable safeguards designed to prevent its advertising platform from being used for trafficking, exploitation, coercion or advertising involving persons under 18.
These safeguards include:
• identity and age-verification requirements;
• advertiser and content controls;
• reporting mechanisms;
• account restriction and removal procedures;
• fraud and security controls;
• manual review where appropriate; and
• cooperation with competent authorities where required or permitted by law.
These controls may be updated as the platform, technology and applicable legal requirements develop.
